Stainless steel is highly resistant to corrosion and can safely contain sodium hydroxide without reacting with it.

Chemical Capacity:

We ensure that the materials used in transport and storage of caustic are compatiable and resistant to corrosion. Stainless steel and high-density polyethlyne (HDPE) are common choices.

Proper Packaging:

Caustic should be transported in containers speficially designed for its safe transportation, such as drums or tanks.

Temperture Control:

We monitor and control the temperature of caustic during transporation, as high temperatures can increase its reacitvity.

Proper Ventilation: 

We ensure adequate ventiliation in transport vehicle to prevent the buildup of potentially hazardous fumes.

Avoid Contamination: 

Prevent cross contamination with incompatible substances. Keep sodium hydroxide away from acids and other reactive materials.

Training and Certification:

All personnel involved in the transporation and handling of caustic must be properly trained and certified in hazardous materials.
